[NCC] scores from 3830

I didn't notice the special 2021 rule for multi-ops or hear about it until I
went to submit the log this morning! Maybe I was the only one that didn't
get the memo?

Rules allowed multi-ops to actually do distributed operating where members
of the team could actually operate from home using the M/X callsign as long
as the log was distributed (supported by N1MM).  even though we operated
with no one here, we were all using radios/antennas here, so we did not make
use of this at all!  But K8AZ could have used this, eh?  Ops within 100km
could use their own station as K8AZ on different bands....making even an M/M
possible with full NCC participation in another M/M....or even a few
different M/Ms could have been organized using modest stations and making
BIG scores!
