[NCC] ARRL SSB Multi-op

If anyone in interested in trying a legal (this year only maybe) distributed
multi-op, I would be glad to assist, with N1MM and network setups.  We have
successfully used this both in an IARU W1AW/2 a few years ago, and last
year's Field Day.  It requires some basic knowledge and router access (some
ISP providers that give you a router make this more difficult then others).
You will need to know how to access your router admin for "port forwarding",
and how to determine your own external IP from your ISP.  Both of these are
pretty easy once you know what to look for.

If your ISP changes your external IP during the event, everyone would have
to change their N1MM setups to accommodate or use a Dynamic DNS Service.
This is an optional, one level more difficult, to setup.

The results are really cool though!
