We had another great day of mobile pileups. 8 land certainly had its share of fb propagation to NC. MFO and CAR were always loud, I thought AF8A must have picked up a KPA-1500, and K8ZT at least once muscled his way over a pileup of mere mortal signals.
No major problems other than yesterday's death of one of the mag mounts, meaning I had to get out to change the HamStick any time I changed bands.

674 QSOs on the computer, many more to transcribe. I was more willing than on previous trips if Florida to open up a county while driving, rather than first parking and then doing mop up while driving. (I still did a bunch of that).
Settled for the night in Roanoke, off to NJ to see daughter & family there before return to Cleveland near the end of the week.
