[NCC] Get Ready for NAQP CW

Hello All CW ops in MRRC and NCC,

HNY!  The January NAQP CW is in one week!

I usually start nagging about this a little earlier but the date sneaked 
up on me this time, maybe because it's a little earlier in the month 
than usual.  You regulars have probably had this date on your mental 
calendars for weeks if not months, but others may need a reminder.  This 
is the reminder.

I will put together teams once again hoping that our illustrious ops 
will bring glory to our clubs by placing high in the club competition 
rankings.  Please let me know if you plan a full time operation or part 
time and I will place you accordingly.

Note that the contest runs from 1800Z next Saturday (Jan 9) through 
0600Z on Sunday (Jan 10).  That's 1 PM Saturday to 1 AM Sunday EST.

Note also two other important things:

1.  You can only operate 10 out of the 12 hours and off times must be 30 
minutes or longer.  This makes the NAQP a little more family-friendly 
than other events.

2.  To be on a team, you must be non-assisted.  Using assistance puts 
you in the multi-op category, so please don't join a team if you plan to 
use assistance.
