[NCC] Hello, Hello, Anybody There? (NAQP CW Reminder)

This is my second reminder about the NAQP CW.  It's only five days away!

So far, I have only heard from 8 MRRC/NCC members planning to operate.  
We have around 120 members, so that's not a very good response.  I have 
not heard from many regulars.

MRRC and NCC /are/ contest clubs, are they not?  Wouldn't one expect at 
least half the members of an active contest club to operate for at least 
a couple of hours in one of the best contests of the year?
