[NCC] Final Call to Join a MRRC/NCC Team in NAQP CW

Hello

We're up to 14 ops from MRRC and NCC who plan to operate and want to be 
on a joint team.  I have:

N8AA AF8A K8RYU W8SH (op NF8M) N8SBE K8MR W8CAR W1NN K3UA N8FYL K8BL 
W8RU AB8OU W8WTS

We're still well below our normal 20 or so ops.

There's still one more day to let me know if you can join a team.  If 
you say you'll operate and something comes up, you won't be electrocuted 
(maybe mildly shocked though) so don't hesitate to let me know if you 
hope to operate.

I'll register the teams around 11 AM Saturday.
