[NCC] 10 meter contest this weekend

I am planning on being on CW only. I have three objectives, 1. Make lots 
of points. 2. Hand out the ever so rare Pa Multiplier. 3. Work VT and DE 
for WAS on 10, the only 2 I am missing.
