I worked teammates K3LR and KW8N on 3 bands and W8WTS and K3UA on 2
bands for a total of 10 contacts!  (Also got K8MR on 3 bands.)

44 mults used to be pretty good in this contest, but not any more.   I'm
not sure why my mult total is so low this time.  Every single station in
the top 50 HP stations worked more mults than I did, so lots of mults
must have been available.

Mults heard but not worked:  SC, AK, NM, ZF and HI.  Mults never heard:
ME, VT, RI, AL, OK, NV, UT, WV, ND and 9 out of 13 Canadian provinces.
Amazing to work more VE5 than VE3 stations.

Comments:

On Thursday night before the NCCC Sprint I discovered that the 20 dipole
is not
working. That's the second of four antennas to go since I arrived here in
December, the other one being the 40 dipole. I found out that the 80 meter
coax-fed dipole works to some extent on 20 so that was my antenna for
all bands
tonight.

The 80 dipole usually works well on 80 and I usually can catch up
somewhat during the last hour, but I couldn't get many answers to my
CQs. Only
2 contacts during the last 10 minutes.

But it could have been worse and I had fun.

Conditions seemed to be quite good.
