Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to go to NY (or participate
materially in) for the ARRL DX contest, and we have a smaller team than
normal.  

 

K2UA, N2ZN, N2MG, N2PP and K0SM are carrying on with an M/2.decision just
made on-site to NOT drop back to M/S.
