[NCC] Annual K8AZ Open House

To the NCC Warriors and all MRRC members:

Happy 2023 (and a belated Happy Christmas and other holidays),

With apologies for not being more prolific with my advertising about this
topic, as noticed in the previous "Save The Date" email, the annual K8AZ
Open House will be Saturday, January 21, 2020, starting at 4 pm.  For those
keeping score, this will be the "35th annual" (counting the 2020
blizzard-busted event and the years we cancelled due to COVID.)  As usual,
snacks and beverages (including adult beverages) will be provided, with the
usual Guido's Pizza dinner at 6 pm, and the annual NCC meeting starting at
7 pm, or as soon after as the dinner has wound down.

My apologies for scheduling this the same weekend as NAQP SSB.
Unfortunately, due to my commitments to attend a family event with Jill,
and the travel schedule of K3LR, combined with the decision to avoid
scheduling during NAQP CW, this is the only weekend available in January.

Also, if the weather winds up with snow -- always possible -- please
remember that Surrey Lane is an unusually narrow street, and gets much more
narrow with snow plowing. Please make every effort to park in the driveway
(park each other in -- folks will move for you.) If you must park on the
street, please park on the berm as much as possible, and only on the South
side of the street (where the houses are.)
