[NCC] Final Call for NAQP CW Teams

Less than two days until NAQP CW!

I have heard from the following 14 ops that they will probably operate.  
Please remind me if I missed your call.  We could use at least one more 
op to make up three full teams:

Please let me know by Friday night bedtime if you can join us or if 
there is any change in your plans.  I will register the teams late 
Friday night.
