[NCC] CW Sprint teams

Unfortunately I will finishing up a Technician class on Saturday and the 
test is on Sunday. Like last weekend during the CQ CW 1690 test I needed 
to pull the plug early on Friday night so I could get up and teach all 
day Saturday the 28. I know I should schedule around contests. The good 
side is we should have 7 new Technicians in the McKean County area.
