[NCC] REMINDER NCC meeting and picnic - Saturday July 27 at K3LR

I am looking forward to seeing everyone, as a reminder, if anyone has 
any QSL cards they need checked for ARRL awards I will ready to check 
them. Yo do need to be a member of the ARRL to apply for their awards. 
This includes WAS, DXCC, VUCC.
