[NCC] Upcoming ARRL BOD Meeting ByLaw Proposal BL 18 - from K1VR

The BOD meets the third weekend of January.  

 

The key items to watch are votes on changes to Bylaws 18 and 46.

 

BL 18 is largely about candidate qualifications and how elections can be
run. The net impact if passed will be greater difficulty for challengers to
wage successful campaigns against incumbents.
