[NCC] [MRRC] NAQP CW teams?

Frank,  Thanks for picking up this job.  I'm forwarding this to the NCC 
list so interested ops can email you directly.

Unfortunately, I will not be on.  My remote has failed me for reasons 
that I do not understand.  The result is no operating for four months 🙁
