Former member Trevor Hilfer has passed away

Ted - I wanted to contact the NODXA to let you guys know that former
member Trevor Hilfer passed away yesterday after a long illness. Although
not an amateur radio enthusiast, I know how much this activity meant to
Trevor. His wife Arlene called me last night and asked me to let his
co-workers from current and past jobs know. I had once looked up Trevor's
address on the internet and came across his name on your 1997 roster.
Information at the moment is sketchy, but Trevor will be cremated. There
will be a small memorial service for family at the chapel at Hiram
College. Arlene is planning to invite people over to their home in Hiram
tentatively on Thursday afternoon and evening.
Please pass along this information to the other members of the
association.
Arlene has not made any mentions of a memorial, but I know that Trevor's
medical bills have been piling up and my wife suggested that a fitting
memorial to Trevor would be to help his wife and family with their
expenses. This did not come from Arlene or the family, but I know that
they have been struggling with these expenses since Trevor's spinal
stroke.
This may be redundant, but the Hilfer's address is:
