Let me first say this is NOT an official source, but here is a Web page
that has pictures of the BS7H Chinese team:
                    http://jl3crs.blog14.fc2.com/
The following is some text (from the above Web site) that was translated
which seems to state that the BS7H team will be gathering on the 24th in
the Chinese southern Guangdong Province. The team will leave on the 25th
on a boat called Nichijo heading for BS7. They believe the trip will
take 2 days. Activity will possibly be on the 27th, most likely the
28th.

Anyways, this is what the translator coverted to English:

Carving/moment moment it has approached to the start of BS7H 2007
DXPedition to Scarborough Reef, but ? The article which in CQ fire
corporation Ku clue of the Chinese team collects on the 23rd is
introduced. According to the article the member of the BS7H Chinese
team local time April 22nd 7 o'clock in the afternoon (Japanese time
8 o'clock in the afternoon) the Chinese southern Guangdong Province
is deep? (The grommet plug) the welcome happiness sending meeting due
to gathering and the local ham was done, so is. The members the
tomorrow 24 Nichijo boat, directing to Scarborough Reef on the 25th,
starting departure it probably will put out, is. According to the
home page JA1BK/BS7H of JA1BK Mizokuchi OM, that 2 days
(approximately 36 hours) it navigated in Scarborough Reef, because it
is thing, 25 sunrise departure 27 always arrival 28 always? The
combining where are not the schedule, QRV start and probably will be.
As for QRV from approximately April 28th you are not wrong, probably
will be, don't you think? already is promptly!
