                             PRESS RELEASE

                             April 26, 2007

At 0240Z 27 April the team was located approximately 240 nautical miles
north west of Scarborough Reef and making less than the expected
progress because of extremely rough seas. The sea has been rough since
departure from Hong Kong and the team is staying as quiet and still as
possible in an effort to reduce exhaustion. Current estimated arrival to
BS7 is their Sunday morning local time.

Because of the rough conditions, there has been NO MARITIME MOBILE
operation.
