[Nodxa] CODXA Dinner meeting invitation, August 14

It's time for another dinner meeting of CODXA. We will be gathering  
once again at Schmidt's Sausage Haus for an evening of DX stories, fun  
and refreshments. The address is 240 E. Kossuth St., Columbus, OH  
43206. The event will take place on Thursday, August 14th. at 6 PM.  
with the traditional social refreshments. There will be a cash bar and  
dinner to follow approximately 1/2 hour later. The menu will be the  
same as our last meeting, buffet style. Included in the meal is  
Schmidt's famous bratwurst, smoked Bahama Mama, baked chicken, hot  
sauerkraut, applesauce, salad, drinks and dessert and more. The price  
is $21.00 and that includes the tip too. You may either send me a  
check made out to me or bring it with you. Cash works too. If you make  
your reservation known to me, you will be made liable for the $21.00  
if you do not show, as I have to turn in a count to the restaurant. As  
in the past, guests are welcome, especially ladies.

Our program will be presented by Tom Kravec-W8TK.   Tom first licensed  
when he was 14 years old, began contesting in 1960. He is a founding  
member of the Caribbean Contesting Consortium and continues as  
secretary treasurer of the club. Tom will be making a presentation to  
us on contesting from the superstation, PJ2T.

Please let me know, no later than, Noon, Monday, August 11, if you  
plan to be there, as I need to turn the count into them by that date.
