Hello Fellow DXers,
It is with great sadness to report that Joe Phillips, K8QOE, the W8 Section
Manager, passed away yesterday at home from an apparent heart attack. Joe was
a great guy, a wonderful individual and a hard worker for amateur radio.
I will miss our talks about the Cleveland Indians and DX with him. He will be
deeply missed by the League and ARRL members (and non-members) of W8-land.
