[Nodxa] Dayton 2012 Crowne Plaza Hotel Rooms

As you may or may not know,  there  is a major change at The Crowne Plaza 
Hotel in Dayton for  2012.    The hotel is still the center of nighttime 
activity  in Dayton, and it's nice to be "around the action".     
 
Tim Duffy - K3LR has "pretty much" taken  over the hotel.    The only 
EXCEPTION is the block of rooms so  graciously arranged for by Janeen Hire - 
W8ZET,  the major patron of the  NODXA Suite.     I assist Janeen in "nuts and 
bolts" matters  like advertising our vacant rooms, bill collection, etc.   In 
the  latter case, I've found that a potato in the tailpipe is still a tried 
and  proven method of pinning someone down!    But, I digress  ...
 
As usual, we will probably  have some rooms available in the block  ...    
Before I  advertise on the major reflectors, we'd like to give NODXA members 
an  opportunity.    Just a few comments:
 
1.   First of all, a  commitment must be made for 3 nights with the hotel.  
 This is  standard these days with the downtown hotels.
 
2.   Secondly, a deposit must  be made for the first night in the hotel
 
3.   The rooms have "Club  Floor" privileges, which include some very nice 
amenities.
