And for those who like to use their ears, this weekend is also the CQWW VHF 
 Contest.
 
Much like the ARRL VHF Contests, with a few notable exceptions:
 
1.  Six and two meters only.
2.  Runs only until 2100z (5pm EDT) Sunday.
 
Which is to say, it starts at 2 pm EDT Saturday.  Exchange 4 digit  grid 
square.
 
I'm planning to be out on Saturday with a low key rover effort, around the  
EN90/FN00/FN01 grid corner near Butler PA. If things turn out to be 
exciting, I  might head up to the EN92/FN02 line near Erie PA.
 
Hope lots of you will check out the "50" button on your radio, as well  as
