[Nodxa] Icom HF Radios for Sale

I still have some items for  sale from the W8XM estate.   Dick Moser from 
Dalton OH was originally  licensed in 1933 at age 12 and was still pushing a 
hot key right before he  passed away, 80 years later, in 2013.   All items 
are  located at my home in Apple Creek, and must be viewed and picked up  
here.   I DO NOT want to ship this radio ..
 
The main W8XM radio was a ICOM IC-761,  which was at one time Icom's top of 
line transceiver, meant to compete with the  Kenwood TS-930 and Yaesu 
FT-1000.    About a year before Dick  became a silent key, this radio was checked 
out and pronounced "fit as a fiddle"  by a world class technician.
 
For those of you not familiar with the  IC-761, here are a few features:
 
Built in automatic antenna tuner   ...   Full Break In CW  ....   Built in 
electronic  keyer  ..  Both 1st and 2nd IF 500 Hz CW filters are standard   
...   Built in power supply  ...  Receive antenna  jack     .. 160 through 
10 meters  ... known for  quality RX and TX audio, "easy on the ears".
 
Bottom line ..   This is a  quality, competitive radio that can handle 
today's DX, contest, or rag chewing  environment, as well as radio's several 
times more expensive.  For  someone who wants "quality" at a reasonable price, 
this is a good  option..    Ideal for beginners and old timers alike.   
"Asking" $450 -- for this price, you "pick up".   Includes some  "extras".
