Bob,

To stop all skimmer spots and limit regular spots to ones  that
have US or VE spotters type:

SET DX FILTER NOT SKIMMER AND SPOTTERCTY= [K,VE]

If you want all spots but want to limit the spotters to Ohio
and PA type:

SET DX FILTER SPOTTERSTATE=[ OH,PA]

There are many more filter parameters including ones that
CT1BOH designed to help insure Skimmer spot integrity
during contests.
