I'm not in the North Coast Contesters but the NODXA list will take me I
think.

For those unfamiliar with the pronunciations, try Google for a site that
can pronounce those words in the original language. Then test

revillagigedo

and

the modern name of what we used to call Ivory Coast.

I have also noticed that Palmyra Island the way we pronounce it is not the
same as the way the newscasters pronounce the town of the same name in the
middle east. But then, I have heard newscasters who can't properly
pronounce Iran and Iraq and the words "strength" and "length". Ooh the
