Hi Tim,
I really like Randy's (KB3IFH) QSL cards.  I am a QSL manager for a few folks and buy them buy the countless thousands.  The quality of the cards are second to none and the prices are very good; especially when buying in large quantities (5,000 or so.)  His web site is http://kb3ifh.homestead.com/
