[Nodxa] NODXA club name in Club Competition

All NODXA contesters:

If naming NODXA for Club Competition such as for ARRL CW Sweepstakes this
weekend, the club name has to be spelled "Northern Ohio DX Assn" ONLY, in
the Cabrillo file.

The new contest rules effective now require for club competition that
someone in the club collects the QTH information for all the people entering
their logs for Club Competition and turns in the list before or by 20:59 GMT
this Saturday afternoon. 

As far as I recall, it was uncertain at the meeting that NODXA ever enters
Club Competition.
