[Nodxa] OPDX Bulletin Update

The reason for no bulletin this past Sunday is that your editor lost
power on Sunday morning around 10:00 am due to high winds in my area.
The power did not come back on until early evening on Tuesday some
55 hours later. It was a rough few days (BRRRR!!). Temperature dropped
to 41 degrees (F) in the house on Monday, and my wife and I had to stay
at her mother's house. Tuesday we tried to warm the house up with our
fireplace, but the house was too cold. I was glad to see the electricity
come back on. Now I have a lot of catching up to do (E-mails, writing,
adding subscribers, reseting clocks...etc).
  Look for the bulletin (extra large) to come out on Friday because of
the ARRL International DX SSB Contest. Thanks for understanding...
