    Dear friends and family,
 
        Just a quick note to let you know that Jerry died this morning at 5:10am. He was
    admitted to the hospice program on Monday (his 77 birthday) was transferred to
    the hospice house on Tuesday evening and died this morning. 
 
        I know how much each of you meant to him and thought you would want to
    know about his death.
