[Nodxa] W8CAR FD results

After a hiatus of a few years I got on from home in 1E. I added a larger gas tank to my generator so I did not have to refuel every 2 hours. Sat night was a bit tough with heavy QRN on 40 and 80. 80 was really tough so I bagged it around 1 A.M. and slept till about 6. Filled the generator and got back on. I was very surprised to work some people on 10 and 15 (those are still ham bands I hope) Nice short skip to east , south and west on 10, 15 and 20 so activity was pretty brisk. The generator ran out of gas when I had about 40 minutes of op time left so I called it a day. actually was pretty fun and lots of activity. I listened on 6 several times but never even heard a beacon (sigh)!

Nice to hr some MRRC and NCC and NODXA members on!
