[Nodxa] Logging Program

There's  four or more that I know of.

For many contests and FD,  I  had been using old NA in DOS until
Cabrillo 3.0 changes happened. Field Day does not need Cabrillo.

N3FJP FD 6.x . Scott, N3FJP, has a whole suite of programs for different
contests.  Each one has separate registration/unlock code and there is a
small charge, though. The Field Day program is limited to 30 QSOs until
you pay $8.99.  The program operates in Windows as if in old DOS screen
mode. The Field Day version (and therefore I believe all of his
programs) have some undocumented features that could cause you to lose
your log.   Yesterday with the new announced rule changes for FD Scott
will need to make some small changes so I presume he hasn't adapted his
program for those yet. Or he will supply workaround notes. N3FJP runs in
Windows XP and above but can have sudden sluggish CW keying in some very
old XP computers.  Note for PHONE operating N3FJP supports recorded
audio WAV files that allow you to operate phone using the keyboard Fx
keys, thus saving your voice in long contest sessions. For that you
would need to use a Signalink device or equivalent.

These two  below run in normal Windows screens.  I don't know if they
run in XP.

WRITELOG   was used in 2018 by NODXA and I suppose it was well liked by
the operators. I was one of the operators. There is a registration fee I
believe.

N1MM for which I have no valid experience.  It has a huge manual. It
seems to be liked by many. I suppose it supports FD.

Did you run Win-Eqf in a computer with real serial ports?  More modern
computers without serial ports require a USB-to-Serial converter  (one
is the TRIPP-LITE Keyspan) to key CW.

The above may have other features i forgot to mention.
