I too use the DX Lab Suite of programs.  As K8MFO said the program is free and well supported (I was the one who talked him into using it).It will seamlessly import data from other logging and contest programs and interfaces well with TQSL to allow you to upload your QSO's to LOTW.
AA6YQ writes it and runs a reflector for those who have questions.  He will normally answer your questions within an hour or so  BTW, he has also done a lot of work on upgrades to LOTW.
I have been using it for more than 10 years and am very pleased with it.

What is the favored Logging program most used by Hams. 

I had been using Win-Eqf but that program is mo longer supported.
