displays a globe and settles on some default site.

The little green dots are AM, FM, or Internet  "radio" station 
locations.  Locate a circle over one with your mouse and listen to that 
station live.
This may not be 100% coverage, but it covers most of the world in 
general. We already know it doesn't cover all stations in the Cleveland 
area. For nostalgia you might check on stations near where your 
important life events occurred, where you were in the military, etc.

Found from our daughter's FaceBook page. Maybe you have seen this 
already if you are on social media.

Now think about what it would be like to check on your favorite DX this way.
