Impressive score Jim !!!!

I was working the car this weekend replacing a fuel pump and fuel line.....should have worked the contest instead. This not so young one isn’t made for bending himself into a pretzel under a 78 Corvette !!! I'm way better with BIC !!

Hope to see ya in June VHF, will try SSB this year on 6 n 2 even though they will likely be silent, especially 2m. Would be nice to have some enhancement and work a few of the old 2m crowd.

Anyways, congrats on the contest !!

Comments:

A very good contest! After spending most of the contest season in Florida with a
K3 and OCF at 35 feet, coming home to a KW and tribander at 65' is a noticeable improvement! It was good to work lots of familiar calls that one does not work when doing just S&P.

The callsign is that of the Northern Ohio DX Association, which explains it.

Good conditions - highlights were running EU on 20M at 0400z on Saturday, sitting on 14003 where I worked a number of guys with low single digit numbers.
And nice E skip, especially to the northeast, on Sunday. Can we get it back for the VHF contest in two weeks?

And 24 hours out of 48 fits this not quite so young body very well.
