Dear fellow DX Clubs and Amateur Radio Operators, The Virginia DX
Century Club (VADXCC) sincerely
requests your review and endorsement of the attached proposal to
restructure the ARRL approved Countries
/ Entities list by making certain DX entities inactive. We believe
this proposal will allow more Hams to achieve
top ARRL awards while also keeping to the high standards for which these
awards deserve.

Please let us know your thoughts, and hopefully your endorsement, of our
proposal to the ARRL. We also
highly value your inputs to our efforts and any insight you have to
making a stronger, more cohesive approach
would be greatly appreciated.

Please send your responses and/or endorsements to:

                 Jim KG9LB KG9LB at Yahoo.com <mailto:KG9LB at Yahoo.com>

                 Gary WGB4DNL wb4dnl at arrl.net <mailto:wb4dnl at arrl.net>
