[Nodxa] Getting yelled at on FT8

Two or three days ago the QRZ page for FT8WW was empty. Now it's got 
important details.

Yesterday I got yelled at on FT8 by someone leaving out their callsign 
because I was using two day old information.

Today's rules:  Use ODD, turn off TX1. Of course do not call on his 
frequency.  If you don't see him ever transmitting why bother calling.
200W max on 30m.
