 N4ATS repaired my TE Systems amp.  He is really good and turns things around pretty quickly.
You need to email him to confirm he can repair the radio before sending it to him.

 Correction- it’s California, not Washington. Yaesu still sells FT-5000 radios, so they still service them. The website says expect longer than normal service times.
