All,

I was able to find how to get a temporary one time password.  I used it 
without success.  Then I went to the next choice which was to ask for a 
password reset.  For that one I  needed at least one non-alphanumeric 
character in the string.  So that worked when I created a new password 
that way.  I still have the temporary one time password email and the 
password it sent me was without the non-alphanumeric character.  First 
bug found in their new pages?
