After the NODXA meeting last night, I sent out the club's 3Y0J letter
(as requested by
the club) to two of the 3Y0J team members (one to Ken/LA7GIA and one to
Adrian/KO8SCA).
I have not received a response yet from KO8SCA, but here is LA7GIA's
response:

Tedd,
I find it quite amazing to receive this unsigned letter by some members
of your club. You're
the only club that has sent such a letter, and you're the only club
still requesting the LoTW
despite we have informed about how this will be done.
You have to decide if you want a LoTW or if you want to complain about
the performance,
the team, the planning and the skill of the team activating Bouvet in
difficult conditions. It is
obvious that your members have insufficient knowledge and competence
about how the
DXpeditions was conducted, the reason we had to scale it back and how we
had to organize
it, in addition to what challenges and risk we had to assess and decide
upon while at Bouvet. I
would be more than happy to attend a zoom meeting to go into details so
your club members
will get a first hand information what challenges we were facing.
However, such meeting will
not change anything wrt your LoTW request. No other club have received
instant LoTW and
no exemption will be made for NODXA.
Thank you,
73 Ken
