Solar Eclipse QSO Party (or not) on October 14. Find the rules on

There is a partial/annular eclipse of the sun on Saturday October 14. 
Some scientists want FT8 users to go into their settings and turn on 
reporting to PSK Reporter, IF YOU HAVE INTERNET, and leave your system 
reporting from October 13 to October 16 GMT  any time  you have your
FT8 running.  You should be on any classic band from 160 through 6.  The 
scientists are studying ionospheric propagation during the eclipse.

BIG NOTE:  Contesting is ILLEGAL on the  WARC bands.  But if you are
only "listening" on  WARC bands you can still do this.

You can leave your equipment running with FT8 "MONITOR" turned on even 
if you are NOT transmitting and are not in the shack.  WSJT-X will 
upload to PSK Reporter NOT over the radio.  This WILL mean the ALL.TXT 
file size will grow and grow, also.
