[Nodxa] Watching the Guardians

[Glenn Williams]

Due to the Spectrum TV cable layout and quasi-balkanization of channels 
in northeast Ohio, I find UNIMAS on channel 89 in my part of Avon. 
UNIMAS is in Spanish and requires some amount of upgrade beyond basic 
Spectrum channels.
