ballot for the INDEXA Officers and Board of Director positions for Fiscal
Year 2026. Your vote is requested by Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

to cast one vote on behalf of the club.

THE OFFICIAL FISCAL YEAR 2026 INDEXA BALLOT (Copy)

Thank you for taking a few moments to review and submit your ballot
voting for the INDEXA officers and directors for Fiscal Year 2026
(October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026).

All four officer positions (president, vice-president, secretary and
treasurer) are on the ballot this year to fill two year terms covering
fiscal years 2026 and 2027.

Officers:
NP4G is concluding his two year term as president and is on the ballot
to serve as president during fiscal years 2026 and 2027.

N2OO concludes his two year term as vice-president and is on the ballot
to serve as vice-president during fiscal years 2026 and 2027.

W8HC concludes his two year term as treasurer and is on the ballot to
serve as treasurer during fiscal years 2026 and 2027.

N6PSE concludes his one year term as board member and is on the ballot
to serve as secretary during fiscal years 2026 and 2027

In addition, please find the balloting for the following "open" board of
director positions in each of the following categories:

* Two Year Directors: KZ2I is concluding his term for fiscal year 2024
  and 2025 and is on the ballot to serve during the 2026 and 2027 fiscal
  years.
* One Year Directors:

  EY8MM is a one year director concluding his term for fiscal year 2025.
  He is on the ballot for another one year term for fiscal year 2026.

  VA7DX is a one year director concluding his term for fiscal year 2025.
  He is on the ballot for another one year term for fiscal year 2026.

  AD5A is an INDEXA member who has not held an elected position. He is
  on this ballot to be a one year director for fiscal year 2026.
