[Orion] AGC

I have been following the thread on the Orion's AGC, and have found that I would have all AGCs programmable as well as nameable. Since the Threshold is a major factor, it makes since to have the ability to apply names to the AGC that indicate both Decay and Threshold.

S/1, S/30, M/.37.......
