[Orion] serial port connections

Eric, in case you were just preparing for the delivery of a new Orion, it comes with the serial port cable.

Not sure if the radio requires all nine pins to be carried through on the cable to the computer, or some subset of the 9 pins.

I assume a cross-over cable needs to be used... but the manual isn't clear about that, either.
