[Orion] OK...newbie needs some hep.

Larry, make sure the Orion is one of the radio options available in 
FIle>Preferences>Radio.  If not, you need the Orion.rig file which I can 
send you.  If so, use it and make sure RTS is set to HIGH.  That should 
do it.
