we calculated for its predecessor"

W4ZV:
"Orion's IP3 was measured by ARRL at
5 kHz to be +22.1 dBm, a mere 39.1 dB
better"

(the difference between -17 dBm and
+22.1 dBm being 39.1 dB.)
