[Orion] Orion II "What's UP"

Don't think anyone really knows Fred.  TT said they were planning on  
the first ones being available in October.  Other snippets from the  
TT list of folks who were at the hamfest at Sevierville report that a  
few have come off the line and that the beta testers are working.  I  
believe that is all anyone knows right now.  Seems like the original  
Orion was delayed in 03.  Don't think anyone wants TT to release the  
Orion II or the new firmware before both are fully ready.
