[Orion] CW sidetone problem

"Twice in the last few days my sidetone has gone dead while I was
operating on 40 meter CW. The rig transmits fine, but I can't hear
the
sidetone any more. When I cycle the power, the sidetone starts to
work
again. Has anyone else had this problem?"

Yes, that happens every so often, Rick. Is not band dependent. You need
not cycle power. Just touch the volume control or the AGC select button.
Or change bands and back again, etc. That's just an Orion.
