Several issues (valid or not) are of concern:

1) The average power output on SSB seems unusually low. Peak output on 
radios wattmeter is OK when ALC is lit but external wattmeter (average 
reading) is about 10 watts.
2) "NR" at any setting produces significant distortion at narrow 
bandwidths. Using NR does not appear to enhance reception during noisy 
conditions.
