[Orion] Orion 565 locks in CW tx mode

That's probably a good sign.  Something seems to be shorting your key
line.  That's why I asked you to unplug everything.  So if it is doing this
with everything unplugged but power and antenna, I'd start tracing the key
lines and see what is causing that short.
